The meeting of a passion and a desire for change.

The project began without an official starting point. A few weeks before Simone was born, I left my job, telling myself that at the end of my maternity leave, I would think about my career. I didn't have a specific plan, but one thing was very clear: I wanted, and needed, this new beginning to be in line with the values I wanted to pass on to my child.

Be the change you want to see

In January 2021, without any specific expectations, I launched my textile revaluation project. The first pieces were created on the corner of the kitchen table in our small Montreal apartment. Little by little, I developed a project that reflected me, in line with my values and my eco-responsible lifestyle, which really motivated me to believe that I had to use my creativity and know-how to realize my vision of change.

My name is Sabrina, I am a feminist-mother-artist-eco-apprentice-entrepreneur-designer

I come from a line of women with nimble fingers. I learned the basics of sewing from my mother, who is a seamstress. It all started with fabric scraps that were transformed into Barbie clothes, then, later, I learned to make more complex projects, through trial and error.

I have long sought to exploit my artistic side to make it my profession. Over the years, I have managed to develop knowledge and skills in a self-taught way, both in design and in entrepreneurship. I am motivated by curiosity and the desire to learn, in order to always develop my project a little further.
